MAYOR LARRY LANGFORD

A U.S. SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION LAWSUIT HAS BEEN FILED ACCUSING LANGFORD OF TAKING KICKBACKS IN EXCHANGE FOR GIVING ONE OF HIS BUDDIES PART OF THE BUSINESS FROM THE $3.5 BILLION IN COUNTY BOND SWAP AGREEMENTS.  THE RISKY BONDS HAVE PUSHED JEFFERSON COUNTY TO THE BRINK OF BANKRUPTCY.

1.    FACT:       Numerous public officials including judges, commissioners,  and  others who hold the public trust and YOUR FUTURE, have already been indicted, convicted and are currently under investigation for their lawless actions against the citizens of Jefferson County.

 2.    FACT:       Jefferson County Presiding Judge J. Scott Vowell has covered up unethical and illegal actions of judges and lawyers.

 3.    FACT:       Virtual “gag” orders are being mandated and outright threats and other retaliatory acts are being perpetrated on public officials as well as citizens who attempt to speak out and correct this “Culture of Lawlessness."

 4.     FACT:       A band of rogue attorneys are perpetrating extortion and running criminal scams on innocent parties in Judge Ralph A. “Sonny” Ferguson’s Court (domestic relations division).

 5.      FACT:       Fit parents are losing custody of their children, children are being placed in unfit and dangerous situations, citizens are being forced from their homes, threatened with unlawful incarceration and pushed into bankruptcy by exorbitant and unnecessary legal fees.

Progress has been made but … Now is the time to act or YOU and YOUR FAMILY WILL NOT BE PROTECTED. 

REFORM:

*    Bar and Judicial Inquiry Commission Complaints have been filed.

*    Lawsuits have been filed in both federal and state courts.

*    All proper authorities have been notified and have been provided with complete information and supporting documentation.

*    A new system for domestic court procedures has been developed, thoroughly reviewed and is awaiting approval.

*        Legislation has been passed in both houses of the Alabama Legislature.

 
RESOLUTION: 

There is a code of conduct which governs each elected official.  These oaths, taken by any public servant, represent a “declaration of that which the people of the state of Alabama have a right to expect of them.”  There is currently a pattern of injustice that has infected our government and is negatively impacting our citizens.  If we, the people, do not demand accountability then it will not exist…..EVER.  It is time to find our voices, to unite as one community and stand together for justice and for our future.

JUDGES ARE NOT ABOVE THE LAW AND CAN BE PROSECUTED!
